Our Steering Groups dedicate their time and expertise to create one of the most progressive D&I programmes, shaping the future for generations to come and accelerating a truly diverse and inclusive industry.

Strategy Steering Group
The group reviews the overall direction and growth of the Programme to ensure we remain current and essential to our Partners on their D&I journey. The group consists of all Headline Partners, five Major Partners and one SME Partner to provide insight from organisations at different stages of their D&I journeys.
Chaired by Caroline Cater, VP People and Culture at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, with Miriam Earley, Head of DEI & Wellbeing at Sainsbury’s as Deputy Chair .
Mentoring Steering Group
Providing guidance across the 10-month Mentoring Programme, this group runs the mentoring cohort launch sessions, mentee networking events and reviews the matches made across the cohort.
Chaired by Tim Oakes, Head of New Business, FTG & Foodservice UK at Kepak
Shared Learning Steering Group
The group provides guidance across the Inclusion Lab calendar, The Partner HUB, podcast series and Employee Resource Group (ERG) Forums. Members play an active part hosting sessions throughout the year.
Co-chaired by Emma Varlow, Head of NPD at Weetabix and Liz Ho, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Nestle.
D&I in Grocery LIVE!
The group creates the programme for the event and agrees on the plenary speakers and panel discussion themes.
Chaired by Siwan Smith, Inclusion and Diversity Manager at Princes Group, Co-chair Joe McGurk, Group Head of D&I at Oscar Mayer
