2025 has seen our largest cohort of 446 senior leaders and mentees join our unique cross-industry Mentoring Programme.
I have been involved in the D&I in Grocery Mentoring Programme for three years, and each year I have personally got a lot out of it. The opportunity to meet new talented individuals, from different disciplines and different company cultures, opens my eyes to ways of working beyond my organisation. It is also rewarding, providing the opportunity to help someone through a variety of situations.
