Having someone that you may no know at all, actually enabled a full set of open conversations which you don’t always get when you are dealing with internal mentors or colleagues, it’s a cross pollination of ideas, thoughts, discussions, and challenges.

FAQs

Here you can find answers to questions we get asked most about the D&I in Grocery Mentoring programme.

The programme runs for 12 months from 1st Feb 2024 to 1st Feb 2025

Pushfar – is the system we use to blind match mentors and mentees. If you have created a pushfar account and do not receive any confirmation or emails from Pushfar, please add the site to your safe senders list in your email and let your IT department know so your organisation’s firewall doesn’t block any further communications. The D&I in Grocery team will send matching information and other key communication via email.

We suggest that you schedule monthly meetings during the year to get the most from the programme. During your first meeting it is helpful to plan your meeting dates and times for the rest of the year.

Networking sessions are an opportunity for you to meet with your fellow mentees face to face and network with other members of the programme.
