Mentoring

Helping talented people reach their true potential through cross-industry mentoring

Whats included?

Throughout the 12-month programme regular coaching and guidance is provided to both mentors and mentees to ensure they secure maximum benefit from the pairing. The use of commonly accepted development models is encouraged, and our team will regularly touch base with the pairs, allowing them to feedback on the experience throughout.

A recognised and well researched matching process is used eliminating any unconscious bias. There are numerous networking opportunities throughout the year allowing participants to connect with others across the industry and share experiences.
“It’s been an absolute pleasure being part of the mentoring group. To be able to provide cross-industry mentor relationships to enhance opportunities for growth, networking and development is a real positive aspect of the programme’s agenda. I am enormously proud of the work we have done to establish this programme and look forward to seeing the network grow from year to year.”

“D&I in Grocery has been a source of inspiration in a challenging year for our industry, demonstrating and sharing as an organisation how to stay agile and passionate about our development. I have particularly enjoyed hearing of others’ experiences, so I know we stay united in improving diversity & inclusion for everyone through relatable stories and suggestions.”
