Over 1,000 FMCG professionals will come together to connect, learn and inspire change in D&I practice across the grocery sector.

Tackling important and difficult topics, the unique format of the day is a product of grassroots passion and collaboration of over 35 of the biggest industry brands. Attendees will leave with enhanced knowledge and understanding of how to bring D&I to their workplace along with the drive to take action and enact change.

Major Sponsors each host their own discussions based on a specific topic. Attendees will have 12 minutes at a time to sit and debate the topic with a small group before moving on to a new topic.


Short 20 minute talks across series of themes including identity, ability, culture and leadership, hosted and led by the Headline Sponsors.

Experiential Activities

Gives the individual the opportunity to experience the world how others do. ‘Walk a mile in my shoes.’

Change-Makers panel

We hear from people that have kicked down doors or trodden new ground and led the way in changing opinions to better the future.

Fireside chat

A headline speaker shares their experience and tells us their story.


Attendees leave with a sense of purpose and clear actions to implement in their own lives and business.

Networking session
