FAQs
Here you can find answers to questions we get asked most.
The Programme
The partnership is for a 12-month period. You can continue your partnership beyond this by confirming to your Partnership Manager.
This Programme is not a one size fits all partnership. Your Partnership Manager will take the time to understand where you are in your journey and sign-post the appropriate content and activities to start and elevate your journey, plus connect you with the right Partners to accelerate it.
We welcome organisations of all sizes into our Programme. We also have an SME option for smaller businesses.
If you would like to be involved in the Programme, get in touch with us at [email protected]. Our Partnership Manager will take you through the Programme and discuss our packages with you to ensure you have the right package for your organisation.
Yes, D&I in Grocery LIVE! tickets are included in the partnership packages. Please review the breakdown of our packages for details on how many tickets are allocated.
Headline Partners can put forward four mentors and mentees, and Major Partners can put forward three mentors and mentees for the Mentoring Programme. Any Partner can add additional pairs onto their package for £700 + VAT per pair. This includes SME Partners. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
The Programme runs from January to December, but organisations are welcome to join throughout the year. We will create a bespoke package for any organisation joining later in the year.
D&I in Grocery Mentoring Programme
Pushfar is the system we use to blind match mentors and mentees. If you have created a Pushfar account and do not receive any confirmation or emails from Pushfar, please add the site to your safe senders list in your email and let your IT department know so your organisation's firewall doesn't block any further communications. The D&I in Grocery team will send matching information and other key communication via email.
We suggest that you schedule regular meetings during the year to get the most from the Mentoring Programme. During your first meeting it is helpful to plan your meeting dates and times for the rest of the year.
Networking sessions are an opportunity for mentees to connect and network with other mentees in the Mentoring Programme.
Please contact us for next steps at [email protected].
Please let us know by emailing [email protected] and your organisation's Mentoring Programme key contact. If you are moving within the industry and your current organisation is happy for you to continue, then you may do so. If you are leaving the industry, we ask that you give up your place on the Mentoring Programme. If this is within three months of the Mentoring Programme start date, we will ask your organisation to nominate a mentee or mentor to take your place.
We understand that circumstances can change at short notice - please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] and inform your Mentoring Programme key contact as soon as possible.
The matching process is based on the inofrmation provideed within a participants profile, if there is a conflict of interest in your match - please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and your Mentoring Programme key contact to discuss next steps.
Please contact us at [email protected] if you have not heard from your mentor or mentee and we will follow up with them and their Mentoring Programme key contact.
