We recommend arriving between 08:30 and 09:00 to ensure that you manage to register your arrival and make your way to the plenary in time for the 09:30 start.
The meeting is scheduled to close at 16:00. You are then welcome to join us for drinks and a networking reception until 18:00.

Yes, you will be required to show identification at the registration desk.
Valid forms of ID include:
– An in-date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence.
– A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.
– A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram).
Wembley Stadium and GroceryAid will be operating the Covid Pass system whereby all
guests will be required to show evidence of one of the three points below to gain entry
along with a proof of identification:
1. Evidence of a double Covid vaccination
2. Proof of a negative test within the last 48 hours
3. Evidence of recent recovery from Covid
Hand sanitiser and facemasks will be available on site for those who wish to use them.
The dress code is Business Casual.
There will be a small cloakroom but as there is limited space available, please refrain from bringing any large or heavy baggage.
Please use common sense and cooperate with all searches. Please always keep your belongings with you.

Each ticket and QR code can only be used once to gain access to the event. You must have registered for your ticket by midday on Friday 1 st October. Tickets can only be purchased through GroceryAid.

Wembley Stadium station is approximately 740 metres away from the stadium. Exit the station at street level, then turn right and head over The White Horse Bridge to access the stadium.

and 483 serving routes across North West London and to and from Central London.

Yes, there are multiple car parks at Wembley Stadium. we recommend that you park in theRed car park as this is closest to the entrance. The postcode for this is: HA9 8DS. Please note that parking charges will apply.
Any lost property handed in will be taken to the info desk near the entrance. Any lost property will be safely stored and a log of any items handed in. After the event you can contact the team at GroceryAid to see if your property was found.
Access around the stadium: Wembley stadium is fully accessible. However, if you have any concerns, please get in touch with the GroceryAid team to discuss.

Travelling by train or tube:
There are three stations serving Wembley Stadium.

Step-free access and low-level ticket machines are available at all three stations. However, Wembley Central Station is step-free from street to platform, but not from platform to train.
If you are a wheelchair user, you’ll need to call Chiltern Railways before travelling on 08456 005 165 to make sure a wheelchair ramp is on standby for you.

As well as your Photographic ID, you will be required to show proof of your COVID-19 status upon entry. Everyone will be required to show one of the following:
Please remember that your Lateral Flow Test result can take up to 2 hours to appear in the Covid Status App so it is worth logging your test the night before you are due to arrive.
We recommend that you order your free Lateral Flow Test to be delivered to your home or pick one up from a nearby location as soon as possible.
We will NOT accept a text message of your Negative Test Result unless you are a resident outside of England and have not been double vaccinated in which case, you can show proof of COVID status through a text message of your Negative Test Result.
We will NOT accept vaccine cards issued at vaccination centres as proof of vaccination.
Please do not bring your negative lateral flow device to the event as evidence.
Anyone presenting a test result that is falsified or not their own can be refused admission to the event.
If you are an adult registered with a GP in England, you will need to show an NHS COVID Pass. We will be primarily using the NHS app for this NOT the NHS Covid-19 Track & Trace app, details of how to do this are in the FAQs below.
This is the appropriate section for those who have not had 2 doses of vaccine at least 14 days before your arrival at the event.
You can order a free lateral flow test to be delivered to your home or pick one up from a nearby location. There could be high demand for tests in the coming weeks so plan ahead and be prepared! Take your test no more than 48 hours before you intend to arrive at GroceryAid events, you will then need to report your result here: https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR LATERAL FLOW TEST
Do your Lateral Flow Test and register your test result here using the barcode/QR code on the test. You will be prompted to ‘Sign in or create an account.’ You will need your NHS Log In details. If you do not have these, the site will walk you through the steps required.
Your test result will be available on the website or NHS app shortly after reporting – it may take up to 2 hours to appear. If you are having issues with the NHS App please head here – do not contact the events team.
HOW TO GET YOUR COVID PASS- WITH NHS ACCOUNT
Open the NHS App or NHS Website and log in. You can download the NHS App from the App Store or Google Play Store. (Note this is NOT the same as the NHS Covid-19 app). You will need your NHS number. Find your NHS number HERE. The App will also walk you through the process of getting your NHS number for you if you don’t know it.

By phone: call 119 to order a copy of the NHS COVID Pass letter. Lines may be busy so please allow sufficient time to make your telephone call.

Please note that the letter can take up to 5 working days to reach you. The letter will be sent to the address registered with your GP. If you have recently moved house, make sure you’ve given your new address to your GP practice before requesting a letter.
On entry to GroceryAid events, show your NHS Covid Pass letter alongside your ticket(s) and Photographic ID.
If you tested positive for COVID-19 with a PCR test taken within 180 days of GroceryAid events (including 10 days self-isolation following the result) you are eligible for an NHS Covid Pass as you will have Natural Immunity.
If you have tested positive but there is no Pass you will need to follow the steps for Lateral Flow testing.
